Er...'Girl Dog' Britches? (meg)

The reason I cut them was simply because it doubled the number of uses out of a bag.  Cos if it's "damp" you still have to change it so they don't get infection.  So buy buying the LONG LONG pads and cutting in half, I got more pads than just using the regular ones.  They're a LITTLE more expensive but if you get twice the number???

You'll have to see what works.  Mostly just make sure that the end of the pad seats snugly up under her tail -- that's where most folks go wrong.  If it's sloppy it won't stay snug and then it will leak like a sieve.  *sigh*

Just tell her "Hey -- it's better than laying in wet, and trust me, Agnes - you've got it easier than those of us who had to endure those stupid elasic belts.  Your new Mom just brought all the WORST memories of being 13 1/2  back to me in one fell swoop!!  Oyyy!!!

You know, I thought the pad didn't quite fit where her girl parts are.  I mean, there is a little area in the diaper that is shaped like a pad and the directions even say "stick it here".  That've been too simple!  I'll mess around with it some more.

I could only think when I was laughing about the pad that never, in my wildest dreams, would I be fitting a sanitary pad on a dog!  Even in Shari's last months, she never had a problem with incontinence.
