 Congrats! That Beaglet does look big, it looks as big as Nikon was when he was born!

Update:

Eliie came thru okay...waking up now...3 were left on board...so she had a total of 4. 2 there at the office came around fine and one could not be revived...so we have a total of 3 puppies counting the red girl I have here.

I have not seen the other 2 in the litter yet but they are tri's and one of each sex wise. The deceased pup was a female...so in all told she had 3 girls, one boy...one red and the rest tri.

I will be zipping by in a bit to pick her up...they want to observe her for a bit to make sure she come out fully and cares for the babies who have "magically" appeared beside her lol.

Red girl just ate AGAIN...peed and poo'ed and is resting with her glovebaby...

 Gina, I'm glad to know that Ellie came through it okay. I'm sorry about the lost little girl. *hugs* to you and to Ellie. Can't wait to see pictures of the crew as they grow. That first little girl is a doll!

Of course it's a c-section!  Sometimes my poor brain can make the simplest of things so difficult.

Congratulations on the beaglets. Nice job Ellie; that must have been quite tiring and scary.  I would love to see the look on her face when she wakes up from the section and she sees more "magic" puppies.

Yay!  I'm so glad she made it through!  I can't wait to see pics of them all soon!  Did your kids know she was having them?  Or will they be coming home to a surprise?

my kiddos knew...they kissed the red one goodbye before they left for school LOL. They know about the c section and such so they are going to enjoy there being more than one now. My son wanted her to have a boy puppy so he could name it after himself. *sigh* strange kid.

That is one big girl!  She looks bigger than the Dobe newbies (or is that just the camera angle?)  Glad Ellie's in good hands, and here's good vibes for a safe and easy recovery for momma.  Thanks for sharing the pics so far!

I second that emotion. If that was not a sign from somewhere I don't know what else it could be.

I am glad Ellie is doing ok and sad that one of the babies was lost, but we have 3 cute little babies to oooh and ahhh over and I cannot wait!

I lurk a lot, and Ellie is on eof my very favorites on the site.  I am glad to hear Ellie is ok, but so sorry to hear about losing one.

Have you considered naming or at least nicknaming the first girl, "Bucket?"    She might soon be able to fill up the one Ellie uses to cool off!

Gina, I'm so, so glad Ellie and the two pups came through the section OK.  I's sorry about the little lost one.    I don't thin Eli is strange for wanting to name a puppy after him.  He's such a cool kid!
