so i think i have figured out witch pup i want but still not sure im thinking piper wat you think

    • Gold Top Dog
The first pup looks lethargic to me, and terribly thin and the second pups eyes bother me.  Sorry but neither looks terribly healthy.
    • Gold Top Dog
that's what I was thinking, Glenda.

    Boy or girl?
    Boy: Hank or Jake

    Girl: Rosie or Lilly

I'm glad someone agrees.  I just HATE to see someone spend a lot of money on a dog cuz it's purebred and then spend a lot more on vet bills.
    • Gold Top Dog
That first pup is way too thin and the other one's eyes are very dull, looks sick to me too.
    • Gold Top Dog
Looks to me that both pictures are of the same pup

All I will say is I wish you much luck with your choice and I hope you have a great pup no matter who you choose

As far as names go I have always tried to end my names with an "Y" sound like, Willie, Teddy, Markie...etc
    • Gold Top Dog
why do you always end them with y
    • Gold Top Dog
Probably the same reason MY dogs names start with either an S or a T...and in most cases SH or TH....we goofed with Tyler, but we've got Sheba, Shadow, Thor, Thunder, Theo and might have to start spelling it THyler!!

Sometimes dog people just get into our little ruts.....
    • Gold Top Dog
o i gusse we have a "y" thing to  cuz we have doby and charley
    • Gold Top Dog
I don't know Glenda.  I have heard that ending a dogs name in Y helps with training because is is easier to draw out the last syllable of the name for effect.  Naming your dogs all with SH or TH names is different.  More like the rutt you speak of.  My friends family is named with rhyming names.  Terry, Barry, Carrie, Carol, Darryl and Darryl's wife Cheryl.  Very strange.[:D]
    • Gold Top Dog
yes, it is in training and expression...your voice goes up as in happy higher pitch which makes the difference

Cage who is the center boy in my sig picture is known as K-G no "Y" or "IE" at the end of Cage but it sure sounds like it when we say it [:D]

So if I liked "Piper" I'd be calling her Pippy oh and then I'd get all googlie like "oh are you my Pippy puppy???!!!" and just wait for her to do the head tilt....yes, I'm nuts [:D]
