Glad your feeling a bit better, sorry about the eye though, I would blame Jackie too if I were you.

Kord has an ear infection, I swear he got it because I have the day off tomorrow. So  he is going in tomorrow morning, I had some antibiotics left over from his last round and cleaned the ear out enough for now. I want him to see Dr. Sarah who is in tomorrow, I am going to have to break down and face some allergy testing and I want to talk to her about it.

Must work hard today.................or hardly? not sure which.

I'm at the airport now.... waiting for my plane. I hate waiting....

pretty excited for my vacation though! Even if it'll be cold and rainy - sure beats being HOT, humid and rainy!!! =]

Today is my last day of work before vacation.  I don't want to be here.  I finished everything, work related, last night so I'm here tying up loose ends.  I promised the kids that I wouldn't work at all for the week that we are gone, so I have to make sure that everything is taken care of.

I put a hot compress on it this morning, so we'll see if a few more of those help.  Jackie, I'm having sympathy eye problems...LOL!

I am DONE.  The second garden is FINISHED.  Did the last of the weeding this morning, some planting and mulched and now all I need to do is sit back and enjoy the view!  Well, that and keep on top of the occassional weed.  It feels soooo good to have that particular monkey off my back.

I'm going to take a loooooong hot shower, putter around the house a bit, and then hit the library for a "refill".  I've read everything and am in desperate need of more books!

I feel better today. No answer about the Maxine situation yet, but not as teary today. 

I had a great ride on my horse last night, we didn't 'do' anything just enjoyed each other and I needed that.

I have so much work to do, but I like the concept of 'hardly' working. 

Full moon was on Tuesday, does that explain all the wierd things happening?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH  the merry herd of deer struck and all of my plants have been topped, two squash plants are completely gone - I just can't figure out when they are here or I'd send the beast or DH out there to move them on. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I was feeling crampy and my back aches but having just read Emily's thread, I realize it's nothing to complain about. Waking up to go to the bathroom every couple hours is starting to wear on me. I'm so darn tired and I feel like I could cry over the smallest thing. I'd better get busy with some work now.

Cathy, I'm sorry you're not feeling great either.  Will some of the problems you're having be resolved by the surgery?

Cathy, I'm thinking that your hormones are really pretty screwed up, but I'm also thinking that it wouldn't be a bad idea to pee on a stick before they start taking stuff out......

They will make her pee on a stick before they start. I had nothing removed, just singed, and I still had to pee on a stick.

Karen, I don't know what to say. The critters, with the exception of some soon to die flea beetles leave my section of food alone. I can tell you though that the rain killed off my green pepper plants, they have some kind of mildew/mold, so I have to yank em out and burn them. I could dr them with a solution but it would take away any chance of organic certification for 3 years and I don't want that. So I am going to go out and hunt up some pepper seeds tonight and pray I at least get a small amount for the season.

Sigh...I am working, or trying to anyway.

Karen, I'm so sorry the deer got your plants!  What a major bummer. 

Cathy, I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad.  I know you must be wanting to be done with this whole mess and yet scared of the surgery.  I have a card that I need to send you.  Send me your address.  I promise it will make you laugh.

Cathy, I'm sorry you're not feeling great either.  Will some of the problems you're having be resolved by the surgery?

Most definitely. I saw the results of the ultrasound this week and the ovarian cyst is 10 x 9 x 9 cm. That's pretty big on it's own and then the uterus is about that size too. Just as a comparison. The non-affected ovary is about 1 x 1 x 1 cm. I can feel it's all pressing on my bladder and I'm sure that's what causing the back pain and cramping. It'll all be over a week from this Monday. I know I'll feel better but I'm still freaked out by the whole thing. I have my pre-op on Tues and he might order bloodwork and stuff then. Kent said he wants to go with me and I thought that was sweet
