New dog bed survey; please help!

For a graduate school class project on New Product Development, our group has decided on designing a new Dog Bed.

Would you please take our survey to offer your insight?

It should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked your opinions on dog bed features, comment on new design concepts, and provide demographic information. You will NOT be asked for an email address so your answers we be kept anonymous.

Also, for your time a donation will be made to one of these
organizations of your choosing:

-ASPCA
-North Shore Animal League
-Humane Society of the US
