Where does your dog sleep?

Sasha sleeps in her dog bed in our room, though occasionally she'll sleep in one her beds in a different room.  She has, er, a few dogs beds. [sm=blush.gif]

Tasha prefers the floor on DH's side of the bed. Floyd & Wolfgang share the bed with the humans, but usually wind up going elsewhere when they start feeling hot or crowded.

Snuffa sleeps either in the bed with us or on the floor, he is a bed hog that likes his space, so if we move too much he gets annoyed, sighs, and moves to the floor.  Kayjin loves his dog bed, but our kittens have recently claimed it as theirs, so he sleeps next to it with his head on it, while the cats sleep soundly all sprawled out [8|]

Emma sleeps in the bed, under the covers, squished against me. Teenie sleeps in her ex pen.

Sampson sleeps under our bed and sometime during the night will come up on the bed at sleep at the foot. Maggie sleeps in the master bathroom most of the night then will lay on the floor next to our bed.  Neither one use the dog beds for sleeping.

We have three dog beds in our bedroom, all lined up next to one another in a corner. Everyone sleeps there, and each has a certain bed they like, although the end corner bed seems to be the favorite. Occassionally, I let Brown sleep in the bed with me, and when Grey's in protection mode, he sleeps on the couch.

My 2 sleep on the bed with us, they don't take up much room and when we tell them to move over they do.

right now hubby is still in Vegas and we have the double bed her.

So Baby the cat is on my pillows.  I am sleeping on hubby's side.  Madi will sleep across the botton half of the bed until baby gets on the bed then she sleeps on her bed.

I had  a could sheets of foam left over from color guard headpeices we made for band. I cut the foam into wedges and sewed a double tops sheet folded in half together.  All the pieces went into the sheet and sewed it close.  Then I put a body pillow next to the wall and two king size pillows on each side.  Top everything with a sleeping bad and finally a sheet that I wash weekly and Madi has her own bed.  She even has a fan facing right on her next to her bed.  I think she has the best bed in the house!

mine's a brat... when it's her "bedtime" she will whine for me to go to bed so she can go to bed.... usually i ignore her and she ends up fallin asleep at my feet wherever i'm at... but if im in bed, that's where she has to be too.

it's okay... i have a king size bed...but i always wake up with her snuggle right next up to me....in the winter...she's under my covers with me.

what can i say... she's my velcro baby

Tom, my brindle, sleeps with his head on my pillow and quite often his front leg thrown across my neck and he's cuddled up as close as he can get.  Linky, my faun girl, used to sleep at the foot of the bed but she got out of the habit when she was having pains from the compressed discs in her neck - she now sleeps on the couch.  And Glacier, my black, used to have this problem with peeing at night.  (He almost went back where he came from the morning I got up and found he'd peed in my book case!!!)  Therefore, he sleeps in the ex pen in his own room.  Actually, he's stopped peeing at night now, so he's not shut in any more, that's where he chooses to spend the night.

Up on the big "people"  bed, of course.  In the summer he positions himself directly under the ceiling fan and sometimes eases out through his doggy door and sleeps on the lounge chair cushion. In the winter, he loves the warmth from the electric  blanket and hates to move off the bed for any reason.

Both dogs sleep on the bed, unless it's a really hot night, in which case they sleep on the hardwood floor.

Riley and I have compromised. He thinks that he should be allowed on the bed. I disagree. He is, however, allowed on the futon - but only when the special maroon blankie is on there. I'm amazed how well he knows his limits - he'll avoid the futon like the plague until I whip out the blankie... then it's right up there on the pillows.

He, of course, has a big cushy dog bed... at the rate we're going I've paid $40 per nap for how often he utilizes that thing.

Well if a picture is worth a thousand words, this will explain it better than I can...
