I'm not any cheerier and BF is being a jerk so I'm going for a run.

Meg, I don't think you're of legal age yet, but I would be happy to buy you a gallon of alcoholic beverages.  You sssoooo deserve to get a break today.

I'm 21 :) just turned in November. I don't drink much though. BUT tonight is one of our good friend's 35th birthdays and the grand re-opening of a local Mexican place, so I plan on drowning myself in cheap margaritas.

 Mirandobe, you're right he's just going to get a new policy w/ another company.  He was trying to keep his current policy and just have her removed b/c he was getting the best rate w/ them.  I said about just starting a new policy w/ them but apparently they have started a new pricing policy and it would be more.  So tomorrow he has an appointment to get everything set up w/ the new company.

I don't think anyone in his family was military, but MY dad was, so I might qualify for a policy w/ USAA?  I had considered joining but I'm medically disqualified.  I'll have to look into that.

Next time you come out this way to see your friend, maybe we could get together too, that would be awesome :o)

USAA has amazing rates. It's not enough to have been in the military though, the person had to have been an officer and not enlisted. It's worth checking in to though.

 Cathy, I believe they have changed that to include enlisted personnel.  Your father would have to be a member, though.

Wow, you're absolutely right Marty. That's great and I'm glad to see they made that change...and wish I could qualify for it.
