Sorry about ranting, but I need to do this...my neigbors have a chi, a labemix and a bloodhound. They keep the chi separate, but the hound had been crying all day, so after supper I went out to take a look. He was in their chain link kennel, which he never is, and the door was not allowing him to get out. No water. I talked with DH, and we decided I should just go over and mention that Beau was stuck in the kennel. I did, and she said she had recently checked on him...can I say bull...?
I checked a little bit later, and he was out. She said he probably closed the door on himself, but I could see the door was broken, askew...dang it was obvious to me that she had to have moved the door to keep him in, for some reason. Grr....
