The DH and I will eat this for a few days, can be costly at first but if you take the amount of meals you actually get out of it...../shrug.
2 boxs of multi colored rotini pasta, cooked
1 green and 1 red pepper chopped small
1 purple onion chopped small
1 med to large can of sliced olives, I love em so I use the large can
2 bags of cheese chunks, I use chedder and montery jack and actually slice them in half or more to spread them out
1 lb of sliced salami, cotto, or hard, sliced into chunks and broken up
1 btl of your favorite Italian dressing.....add half and let sit for a bit, add more if needed.
Eat!
