Mindless Thursday chatter

Glenda, the house sounds fantastic and I am crossing toes and paws that you get it.  :)  Corky will love that acreage, not to mention the dogs.  You'll need a goat or two to keep it mowed.

Cathy, good luck with the ultrasound tomorrow.  Not fun but not the worst test in the world.  I'll be sending you calming vibes.

Julie, I had to laugh at your description of your foster dogs at class.  Sad, though, that they are so unsocialized but they'll get better in time.

Joyce, my knee is throbbing just hearing about your encounter with the stone.  You are so funny the way you describe things, I laugh even at your most "painful" posts sometimes.  lol

The drama continues with my friends and their messy breakup.  Things quiet down, only to flare up again when someone says the wrong thing at the wrong time.  One wants out and the other is clinging for dear life.  Sad for both of them but there is nothing I can do to really help, just listen.

Glenda, the house & acreage sound perfect for you.  Fingers crossed that you get it.

I've had a total crap day.  Nothing has went right at work.  Tonight, I was trying to call DH, & instead of hitting his number on speed dial, I hit my best friend's number.  It was very unsettling to hear her voice on the voice mail message.

DH & the kids are in Houston at the Rockets game tonight.  I mixed a pitcher of margaritas when I got home.  Right now, I'm halfway through the pitcher.  I wonder if I can finish it tonight...
