I learned my lesson about black or dark cars when I had a beautiful dark blue truck, always looked dirty!  Yes, ladies I will wash your vehicles and any others willing to drive over, I am that desperate for rain! LOL  

 I have a carwash...hehe.

Stayed home from work today.  Kali is not at the top of her game and she's been fighting something all week.  It finally peeked last night I think and we seem to be on the road to recovery, but I just couldn't bring her to daycare and make the girls there deal with her and her whiny self.  So we're home, she's napping and I'm on the computer.  Yay  me!   Kelci is not impressed though so I suppose I'm back to the living room now...sigh.

Oh ya, and I don't think my house smells like skunk anymore.  My porch still does, but I don't care.  I'm sick of dealing with it.

Hello everyone. Hope all is well.

It's been quiet in my house since yesterday. Our breeder is finally done with the addition on the house/kennel and I'm sad to see the dogs go but I bet they are happy to be back with their Mum!

Shyla is in New York with my sister. Her and hubby just bought a house, but her husband still hasn't found a job so he's still up here. Shyla is keeping her company in the meantime! Those two are the best of friends.

So... it's just myself, hubby, and little Kaden! I love the one on one time! Looking forward to practicing at HOME now too!! We are always going to our ring or renting other venues because the house was just so crowded with dogs who always wanted my attention.

I am just really, really, really glad that it is Friday.

I recently convinced a colleague of mine to use a new format to roll out a project, he is quite "old school" and very resistant to the idea.  We piloted the roll out method starting yesterday with a follow up call today and we got raive reviews from the pilot, they didn't even have any questions!  I hope I've converted my colleague...

I took the dogs for a hike by myslf last night and it was so nice. I actually felt relaxed for the first time in months. That has carried over to today too.

tonight I'm meeting a bunch of aussie owners for a doggy play date. I'm looking forward to some dead tired pups later!

 Supposed to get to 77 here tomorrow. It's 65 now but no sun. I want SUN!!

I took Joker with me to go pick up Dewey(Monk) and he pooped in the car. Hopefully the pumpkin will fix that problem. Right now he's on the couch trying to tear up his new toy. Hopefully it'll last a while since I cut the tag off.

I just got back from the park with Rupert. His doggie-date cancelled, but we had fun anyway. We even saw some actual grass!

Oh, and on the way home I bought the winning PowerBall ticket. That way when I win the HGTV Dream Home I'll be able to afford the gift taxes.

The weather here has been ridiculous.  Warm and sunny one day, then rain, then sunny, then SNOW that ended up sunny, and now today is COLD and sunny.  This feels all too much like New England - and I left New England for a reason.  The locals all just wait for summertime.  I am waiting for the next place to move!  :)~

Man, when I win the lottery, part of it is going to the Michigan Humane Society.  Watching Animal Cops right now...

Oh man, I can't wait. I'll bring the wine, no wait, you'll be in wine country. Okay, I'll bring the cheese. It'll be great. You could turn it into a B&B and charge people (well, not me of course) to stay there. Besides, do you really have to pay taxes these days?

I have a bad headache and I've had it since yesterday. I don't feel overly stressed but I don't know what else it would be. Both of my bosses are out sick today, so it might look odd if I took off sick for the rest of the day too, but it's tempting. Hopefully the 2nd dose of ibuprofen will help.

Gross - coworker just called to ask if I'd heard of a certain made up breed name.  The customer who bought them said the "breeder"described them as "Golden Retriever attitudes in small dog that is hypoallergenic" I responded - "Designer Mutt is what that sounds like".  Turns out some local lady is breeding dogs of unknown origins (makes no mention of what breeds go into her pups that "keeps the teddy bear puppy look right into adulthood."  I presume from the name that she likely used Bichons and Yorkies, but who knows... they look like yorki/poodle/shih tzu things)  Peuk.  She's charged our customer $1200 a piece, so $2400 for 2 pups... 

*sigh*  When will people learn that if it "sounds too good to be true", it very likely is.  "non-shedding, hypoallergenic to most allergies" - what does that even mean?!  And a size that ranges from 5-17lbs!?!  But she's "breeding for health" - of what sort?  No mention of any health testing.  Ugh.  I hope they are nice happy puppies, but that price is ridiculous... even if a portion of proceeds from one litter(?) was supposed to be donated to stop human trafficking.  Peuk again at how ironic people can be.

I second that! mine is black with dirty kitty cat prints all over. so nice of those kitties.

i'm in  super creative mood today, i found the most awesome website for super cute print fabrics, did lots of online window shopping. Itching to go home & sew something since I didn't make anything last night. My new sewing room is  seriously my new 'woman cave' hehe. its warm too!! i have a little heater so no wonder I dont wanna leave!!

 oops - I was just sitting here trying to find something on the net and could hear Bugsy crying like when he wants a treat from the cupboard so I went looking for him.  LOL I had a closed a door and he was behind it.  When I just let him out he was like whew it was dark and lonely in there ha ha ha He just curled up on his bed and gave out a sigh that was a bit like a harumph. bad doggie mom
