Ohh don't get me started on this subject. Because I am young, people alwasy assume I do not know how to raise or take care of a dog.
Whenever me and Raja are at the dog park, or anywhere actually, say the Petstore and I bring Raji in, someone
has to comment on how...."There are dog training classes you can take yout dog to" or "She isn't a hound/Great Dane she is a purebred Labrador"
Or some other senseless comment, making me look dumb.
We have had more then one person say.....(while Raja is doing her playful bark at the dog park to get aother dog to play with her.)
"You know you should take her to training, they can help with annoying barking" or "She seems a little too hyper you should put her outside more."[
:@]
Gee...really.... she needs training..thanks for pointing that out too me....she's already been, and passed, and is enrolled in another one this fall.
And as far as I knew dogs barking for less then a minute at dog park was okay.
And yes genuis idea..Raji is hyper at Petsmart..that must mean I should toss her outside and she can try jumping the fence, eating the fence, destroying the yard...and that will for sure tire her out.
Oh and about the dog food, I used to try to nicely inform people....reletives or close freinds that there were better foods out there then Dog Chow.
I have tried countless times to inform my boyfreind and his weathy parents that there are better foods then Beneful, and I get the same answer every time.
"The vet recommends it, and its packed with meat and veggies, and the dogs just love it, I can tell they are so healthy."
[sm=banghead002.gif] you can't argue too much with that. Then when I suggested something like Canidae and told then it was about $30 for a 40 pound bag..she said....."Why would I waste money on that, when I can buy the best food out there for $25."
I've given up.
