Mindless chatter, Wednesday

 Oh man. My mom just signed up for Facebook.

 I'm addicted to Facebook. Tootsie puked up her breakfast, sometimes she eats way to quick.

I think that I may have a problem.  I have a bizarre freezer addiction.  We already have 3 chest freezers, & I bought another one yesterday.  A friend bought it, & decided that it was too big so she decided to sell it.  Actually, she was practically giving it away.  How could I say no?  DH did make a comment about the fact that between the treadmills, freezers, weight bench, bikes, kayak, & pool, we don't really have room to park the cars in the garage.  I guess that it's a good thing that the driveway is pretty good sized!

Bevo has an appointment with his neurologists this evening.  I'm am hoping that they will say that he can stop taking the prednisone.  He's been taking it for almost four months, so a little break would be great.  DH is coming along.  He doesn't know it yet, but I ordered a couple of cases of beef hearts, & a few other things for the dogs that we will have to pick up as well.  He's still a little whiney about having to unload the close to 600 pounds of llama meat yesterday.  Today's 85 pounds should be nothing to him.

 got my period, and between cramps, back pain, nausea, headache AND mood swings, i just wanna curl up in a ball and die...

so dispite the diet i bought myself a bag of chips, which of course means now i feel bloated and pretty close to throwing up.

With all that meat, you need three freezers!  I would love to get a freezer chest.  With my parents leaving for CA next week, I am going to hijack theirs while they are gone for two months. 

I was actually hoping for snow last night so I could work from  home but it missed Detroit...supposed to get some tomorrow though.  I think I am going to schedule a meeting at a suppliers this afternoon so I can get home early.

I am going out to dinner with my best friend tomorrow and cannot wait...puffy tacos!!  YEAH!

This morning my co-worker brought us bagels and my favorite kind was in the box.  Then, I discovered U2's new album had leaked and got some guy in the Netherlands to share it with me (haven't listened though yet b/c I need to borrow some bitchin head phones or wait until I can listen at home).  My MIL is making lasagna for dinner Friday.  Yesterday I finished a project I've been working on (outside of work) since Thanksgiving.  It was designing some logos, graphics, and a business card for someone.  I mailed off her CD.  Feels so good to not have that over my head any more and my payment is in the mail.

Today's not so bad.

Sinus headache...ouch.

They are corn shelled tacos.  They fry them up somehow so the shell puffs out (its like they are hallow inside).  They are so good.  DH hates them since they aren't authentic to him.  I could care less, they are so good - do you think I like them??  LOL 

I think they make them other places, but I have never found a spot in Detroit.  Here's a pic on found on the internet since my description sucks!  LOL  They are so greasy though, you literally have to wash off your mouth when you are done.

 Amanda Bugsy says when this rain stops he's heading to your house for llama meat and beef heart - he can open chest freezers so he figures with Bevo at his side they can get into all of them and all the dogs can feast

I bought a mini chest freezer and I shouldn't gotten a bigger one - but I do like having it

I am just sort of 'learning the joys of Facebook' - no worries here as my mom would look at a page and have no idea what she is looking at - she has some sort of techno dementia 

DH comes home tomorrow I am ready!

DH and I desperately need a chest freezer...our freezer in the fridge is just crammed with stuff, and half the time it makes it so the stuff in the front starts defrosting, argh.  DH has chest freezers where he works, and he'll get a discount, but I can't seem to convince him that we NEED one.  Between people food and dog food, there's no room!  Maybe I can rig some frozen meals to fall out of the fridge when he opens it and THEN he'll see reason...

I have an equation: If A represents rain, and B represents dirt, and if the product of A and B represents a natural reaction, what reaction state C is Lisa's yard in?  And if you add C to Lisa's dogs D, what state are Lisa's dogs in?

There is a place in Fort Worth that has puffy tacos and chips.  It is one of my favorites although we call it the house of depression b/c after all that grease I never feel very good.  They have the best salsa verde of anywhere too!

Liesje - you seem way too young to use "bitchin" but it did make me smile. I always loved that word.

Yeah, all the talk about food has me hungry and not so much for my oatmeal and yogurt now.

I just posted in the money-saving thread about wanting a small freezer. It's because we have so much crap in our garage that I haven't bought one yet. My car fits in fine, but that's about it. We have a big boat that takes up 1/2 of a 3 car garage. We'd like to sell it but between high gas prices last summer and the lack of water in the lake, it wasn't a good time and this year probably won't be any better :(

My boss talked to a Farm Workers group yesterday and they may want us to provide education services for them. If so, it'd add about 400 more students to the 1100 or so we already have. That sent my stress level sky high.
