I'm back!

And I am feeling more human than I have in years! Woot! The docotr is very excited that I was a "textbook case" - and that I will not recognize myself in four weeks. Already I feel like I culd leap tall buildings.

I'll be on and off as I feel up to it. I'm already off the painkillers I've been on for ages - teh surgery pain is already controllable with ibuprofen. I hope that's the last I'll have to mess with those stupid narcotics! Yay!

Thansk for all your thoughts and prayers at this time - they are greatly appreciated.

You must've read my mind. I was thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. I'm thrilled to see your post and that you're doing so well. I hope the recovery continues to go well and you're feeling better than ever soon.

What good news. So happy to have you back and glad that you are already feeling better. Amazing how you can just learn to deal with something for so long that when it's gone you are just shocked at how good you can feel. Very happy for you.
