my doggie related sewing from this weekend

     made another doggie jacket!!

I looooove the colors.  I think it turned out pretty nice!!

this one is made with 200 denier coated oxford on the outside & cotton fabric that's insulated on the inside.

thanks!  now if I could only figure out how to make my own clothes!! I think the doggies almost need their own dresser to keep all their 'gear'

Amazing!  I think we need to see it modeled on one of your pups, though. :o)

I can see if it fits akyra, i only had a small amount of oxford left, so its smaller than what 'should' fit my dogs.  I got the green fabric yesterday & just 'had' to make something! LOL

From what I can see, you do amazing work.  I think you really need to start putting your talents to work for you & start selling stuff.

Completely agree with gradyupmybutt!!  Your product would sell like hotcakes if marketed right.  Impressive work!

That bites....I'd like some for Sam, if he'd wear them without chewing them to peices....

Edit - Ouu, mindif I check some out, I think that may be one of Sam's christmas presents!

Same with bella, she likes to take them off & tear out the guts :(

I think i just have to make her one that she can't get off.  I think i might try the metal closures like they have on horse blankets. And maybe make it out of the 1000 denier cordura - basically the 'toughest' fabric I can find.  My friend's dog is the same, he doesn't have any coats or sweaters because he tries to eat them!

Sam's eaten thru 2 harness's in 6 months, the first was a $40 harness from Petsmart, the next one was $15 from walmart. I checked out your site! Cool stuff!!

    thanks for looking!

wow! Sam sounds determined!! LOL I wonder if he'd do the same with leather?

have you tried that bitter apple stuff?  ( i've never tried it before - i wonder if it has a scent lol, cuz I imagine with a determined 'gear destroyer' there would be a lot of bitter apple on everything! )
