Today Daisy and I were headed through our neighborhood for one of the back trails to go hiking. I turned a corner adn saw 2 police cars and was wondering what was up. The homeowner came out and said "you better watch your dog, there is a pit bull and a doberman running around loose."
So Daisy and I turned around and headed to the complete other side of the neighborhood and hiked a different trail (woods that arent even remotely connected to the ones near the loose dogs).
When I got home all I could think was, that lady said "watch your dog" not a hysterical, "OMG you might want to save yourself from the vicious loose pit bull who may attack you!" Obviously she was educated beyond the typical media hype.
yeah, this place is in my head.
