Help with cat peeing in bed

My sister needs help with her kitten peeing and pooping everywhere.  She’s four months old, my sister has had her since she was like 5 wks (she was found abandoned).  While she uses her litter box most of the time, she won’t stop peeing on my sisters bed or in the sink.  She also poops on my sisters bed.  She’s using an enzyme cleaner and washes the bedding each time.  What else can she do?  She tried keeping the kitten out of her bedroom but at one point when the door was open for a second, she got in and immediately went on my sisters bed and peed.  Even if shes not in the bedroom, she still goes in the sink and floor.  She also tried using the squirt bottle when she would start to do something bad, but it doesn’t faze the cat.  Does anyone have any advice?

Hmmm, if it's this extreme and medical causes are ruled out, I'd do it the same way we do with dogs - start smaller.  We had a cat with a similar problem (she was feral....litterbox, what's that?).  What we ended up doing was essentially crating the cat with a litterbox, but instead of using a crate, we built a two-level enclosure out of these wire cubes you can get at Target.  We use plastic cable ties and made a big kitty cage.  This encouraged her to start using the box.  Then you can open it up and give the cat access to the room, more and more until she is consistent with the box.  Unfortunately our cat died of complications with FIP so I can't say whether it worked but this is what the vet suggested after we tried confining her (would just fine another spot to pee) and various types of litter.
