Just Relaxing in the Yard

After his surgery, Bev has been anxious to go outside. Even if it is just to lay in the yard on his blanket.

"What do you want? Can't you see that I don't want to be disturbed?"

"Yay!!! My cuz."

"Must destroy cuz....."

"My nose is raw. I tried to escape the confines of my kennel after surgery....I was unsuccessful. Sad "

He was supposed to be having a TPLO, but when the surgeon got into the knee his cruciate ligament was fine. So it turned into an exploratory instead.

Oh my, that's a lot of staples!! At least he looks like he's doing ok now though. Great pics. I love the cuz one.

Now I don't know which ouchie looks worse your poor nose or those sutures - yowsa that is a lot! Surprise

uh and Bugs asked me to find out why your Cuz still has ears and legs? Hmm

Karen, please assure Bugs that the Cuz's legs, ears, & body were properly destroyed! Bev does fine until he breaks the squeaker. Then he decides that the toy is boring, & must be destroyed. Confused

Rosco must have attended the same "how to properly destroy a cuz" seminar, because he takes the ears and feet off first, then chomps it until the squeaker dies, and then dissects it.

Oh Bevo! You are looking as handsome as ever and it looks like you are healing up.

Shhhhh...please don't tell Morrison that the cuz legs and body can be destroyed. He already figured out the squeeker thing (thankfully).

Does Bevo not mess with his staples? Once, Brown took out all of his staples AND internal stitches...all while wearing a cone lol

Holy cow Brown, that's an impressive feat!

He came home in a cone, but I took it off. He hasn't shown any interest in his staples. I suppose that I should be really thankful that he doesn't care about them.
