I need a smart name....

I honestly like Domino -- he's "added it up" and doesn't want to screw up.  Smart enough to try to please you to get to stay and Dom or Domi are easy call names.

My neighbor's son's are Newton and Dalton after the physicists.

Erica, Casey never lays frog- style? Tootsie always lays this way. Sorry OT, I like Domino.

Have you picked yet?  !!! The suspense is killing me!

    • Gold Top Dog

He is adorable......  I love his white socks and tail tip lol!   Cant think of smart names right now.... but then I cant think of anything smart right now, one of those daysHuh?

OK, this is probably a really complicated lead up to my suggestion - Hobbes - for Thomas Hobbes who advocated give obedience to a sovereign. He already seems to be doing that! Whatever name you pick he is a HUGE cutie!!!!

My vote is for Domino, he's so cute!!!

Nope.... I have ONE picture of him kinda half way doing it... maybe he just doesn't like it? I think it's cute... I wish he would! haha

back to topic...I haven't picked a name. My mom doesn't like Domino.... I like Lenny and Connor - but I was very connected to two dogs with those names, Lenny did not end up with a happy ending.... and I see Connor way too often, it would be kinda confusing! But I like that name... (I named the other one).

I like Newton. It's cute, but different. I'll run that one by the others. I'm also kinda leaning towards Rosco... not sure why, it was just the first name that struck me.

ETA: I'm saying all these names to the pup, and I said BINGO! And Casey perked right up, like ME ME! haha

haha, that's the first thing I thought of - but it seems like such a big name for a little guy =]

Oh I don't know!  We used to have a Boston Terrier come to doggie day camp named Einstein!  He was sooo funny.

i used to know a Border Collie named Felix - which is Latin for Happy, or Lucky - i know you're wanting a "smart" name, but when i met Felix he was with a 7 year old girl who was almost freakishly smart lol

so yeah... its an association name for me.. smart kid with a smart dog.

or you could always call him Smarty lol

    • Gold Top Dog

    ... and Bingo was his name-o. =]

    Savant means smart.

Maybe "Edison" for Thomas Edison?  He looks like an Eddy/Eddie

I also like Hawking... as in Stephen Hawking.

Edit - you named him Bingo?

    • Gold Top Dog

    I like Bingo, its cute!

What about 'Chess'? Like chess pieces are black and white, most people who play chess are really smart too.

Or maybe Hudson. I don't know why, it just sounds smart....maybe I heard it in history class or something.
