Lil' Bruder, Heidi and Buddy (CoBuHe)

Here's some better shots of the Lil' Bruder. What do you think...GSD mix? Or Bi-Colour GSD? He does have a bit of white on his chest and feet...and underside...so I'm just not sure about pure GSD. Doesn't matter anyway.

I'm not educated enough about the breed to recognize whether he's a purebreed or not, but he sure is beautiful. In some pics he looks smaller than Heidi and in others he doesn't. Are they about the same size/weight?

I'm no expert but he sure looks PB to me. He's a very handsome boyyy.

I LOVE this shot. They look like they're giggling about something.

Thanks all! I named him Bruder...thanks to an iDog family member. German for Brother.

He is a tad bit shorter than Heidi...I haven't measured. Nor have I weighed...but will soon. We think he is almost a year old. Shelter's wild guess is DOB 11/5/07. Ok, but, we'll just go with the gotcha date. Big Smile

He is beautiful. I usually call Shadow "Pretty Boy" but you can borrow that nickname, if you like. He looks a lot like I pictured him from your description. If he is a mix, he is mostly GSD, from what I can see, though I am not an expert.

Wow, he looks great! And Bruder really suits him!

I'm not much into GSD's but he looks pure to me...
