Thanks for letting me share! Big Smile

Edit - the hair don't in Pic #5 was my mums doing!  Poor kid!

William, my husband would tell you he hasn't truly had "good" fish 'n chips since he left the UK (there was a nice little chipshop in Bucks that he often used to go to *before* talking to me online and I really became quite envious!!) but those look yum!!

I think you're a handsome lad -- in a few years your Mum is going to have quite the job to handle all the ladies!!

    • Gold Top Dog

Aw Chuffy!  He looks soooo grown up!  He's got one of those little man faces.  He is going to be a stunner when he grows up.  I'll have to bring Kali over the pond to meet him one day...that is if he likes older women...Wink

Blessings to you and William. Was that meal the healthy version of fish and chips? As in boiled potatos, rather than fried? And some other vegetables added?

I was watching an episode of "Bones" the other night and they went to England to solve a mystery. David's character was fit to be tied because he couldn't find a cup of coffee and settled down only after someone gave him some really strong tea.

Actually, I try to be flexible, myself. Mornings, it's coffee. At a restaraunt, iced tea. In the winter, I might have hot tea or hot cocoa.

I've rambled. Sorry. William is looking dashing as ever.

    ETA:

I just read Callie's reply. I must seem redundant. or at least blonde. Well, 2 out of 2, I guess.

Well, only 5.5 months older..almost to the day...William is my birthday buddy..hehe

Ron, I saw that episode too, cracked me up!  I'm an excellent driver...ya ok Rainman!  Mwahahaha!

Let me hijack Chuffy's thread even more. I thought it was an insight to his character when he was thrilled to receive a Walther PPK, the "James Bond" gun.

    ETA:

What the heck, let's get all anglophile. My ancestry is german, english, irish, and scottish. And I would like to visit those countries one of these days. Go to England and see all the tourist things. Big Ben, The River Thames. Westminster Abbey. The Channel. Buckingham Palace, of course, and the unflappable Swiss Guard. Stonehenge. Have some honest-to-goodness pasties. Fish and chips.

Just as, if I were to go to Scotland, I'd have to try some authentic haggis.

I suppose I could make those things, here. I've had my first wife's recipe for Baba Genoush, which she got from Saudi friends in college.

And, of course, if I were going to England, I would let you know, Chuffy (and Kate, too) so that you could either run away or take a gander at a redneck yank from the south.

I never really understood why they took his gun away in the first place?  Is that law in England, even for the law?  I do love how they develop Booth and Brennen's characters though.  I just like the show.  Tyler doesn't understand that kind of humour so I watch it by myself...hehe

Eep!  Sorry, Chuffy!  Back to William... Bad Candace, must not hijack...note to self, talk of Bones in Mindless....

    • Gold Top Dog

We can still tie it into this thread.

When he's old enough, William should be the next James Bond.

    • Gold Top Dog

Nice save, Ron. Stick out tongue

Chuffy, how do you get anything done?  William is sooo cute...I'd be staring at him all day.  He's going to be a Broken Heart

    • Gold Top Dog
    William is sooo adorable!
    • Gold Top Dog

William is absolutely precious! He really is going to break some hearts...look at those eyes!!

Wow, never thought I would see those words in the same phrase.  LMBO.  But, I guess in this case, it works.

Chuffy, your boy is quite handsome.  Yes, you will have to watch the little ladies soon.  So sweet!

A fish finger and oven chips ("fries";) oven cooked.  And peas and some ketchup.  The boy LOOOVES ketchup and it's got a lot of good stuff in it besides all the sugar and stuff.  And it makes the peas easier to eat Big Smile  Another favourite is garlic chicken and roast vegetables, or spag bol.  Oooo he loveloveloves spag bol! Smile

Pic # 4 is the winner for me!! He is so handsome!!

    No dancing today? Sad
