Im so sorry to hear that your wrist is acting up! Is there anyone that can help you out?? And, whatcha got against lefty? LOL, JK, but as a lefty I had to throw it out there... I could try desperately to function with my right hand, and I *might* just be successful... but I wouldn't dare ask to try it!

nah, i have a thing with doctors... i hate them! (sorry ottoluv, it's not personal! lol)

my sister had the exact same thing, and she saw a doc. nothing much u can do about it, except keep it still (i just use a bandana to wrap up my wrist to immobilize it) for a while...

yeah, my job is pretty exciting. can't see myself ever doing something as exciting as finance! lol. but yeah, it can be pretty stressful at times. though my client now is great! as long as u can reason with them!

ergh, yeah, i think i'm gonna call it a night... i have a friend who i am coaching to be my assistant, to help me do 3d models and such, but she's beginner level still and i dont know if she can get things done in time. if all else fails i'll walk her through stuff step by step. lol.

what i REALLY need is a new mouse. mine broke and the one i'm using now is a clunky old thing, which probably really messed me up...

anyway, i'm really bla today. lol... i think it's time for bed now (6 am!!)

Oh don't ya love trying to work broken, my personal fav was when I chipped my tail bone I couldn't sit comfortably. I had to get a stool with a cushion so I could kneel at my desk hehe

Do you have a mouse pad with a cushy wrist rest?! I use one of those it's great cause I do a lot of "mouse work" saves my wrists a lot also get one of those wrist supports(like an arm sock with holes hehe) you can pick them up from pharmarcys etc they are really good.

Here is an "oh Come ON ' for you..... I am leaving tommorow fro my National Specialty where we entered a dog against my wishes...  we will show in some fun stuff, be taking a  4 year old kid who is tightly bonded to the pup going home to his forever home.  I was told about 10 days ago I have a cancerous tumor in my sinus cavitiy only found when they did a MRI to figure out what was going on with the migaines.. Cool just doooo the darn thing   Right??    Heck no ....   I am throwing abnoramal Caridiacs   then you have...one kid was in court, and the ... We have friends with a very damaged child..they keep sending me cell phone photos hoping for a Yee Hawww  I can't give it so I try to figure out what I can say.... A puppy miller is upping her game and we have to be silent  Arrrrgh... then phone calls from Euorpe... yep they are involved.....One of my grand kis has Zero insurance yep expensive trip to the doctor for a simple UTI.  then you have the friend's with the ill kid trying to figure out how they can hook up and stay with us enroute to the show to save a motel bill   Yeah an upset mom and her alertanive lifestyle buddy   ...( I have NOTHING against alternative life styles.. but dang it is an RV we have just so much space...)  the boy s going home ...one decided to chew his goreous coat ??? WHY  ???? No fleas but her dug a chuck out.  more migraines and we leave AFTER my ha ha haa stress test in the morning.

I know carpal tunal hurts like the dickens , had it got it fixed... in the mean time my adult kids living here had their car repoed  yesterday....

lol bonita, that's kinda how i have been feeling. of course nothing as crazy as with you! (seriously woman, how DO you do it?) but it's just one thing after the other...

but hey, alieliza: i was in shanghai last week. in 13 years living in beijing, it was my first time, too...

sadly, the only thing i got to see of the city was a quick drive through... we were mostly on the outskirts, industrial areas... but holey smokes, i never thought i'd miss beijing weather! lol

anyways, i'm up now, and my wrist is a little better. i know by the end of the day i will be in pain again, but at least for now i'm getting a break :)

As a leftie, I had to go rightie for a while recently because I broke the fingertip bone on my left middle finger. Now think about that. You have asundry personal duties to attend to. Try it with the other hand.

But the worst part is I've had to go about a month without playing guitar. But I got the splint off recently and I have been rehabbing the finger and tonight I recorded a song that I may be able to post in the NDR section.

As for the difficulties of doing your work in spite of an injury, I know it's tough. I work in the construction industry. Try walking around a construction site with a broken toe. I'm not saying you've got to be that tough but if you can figure out a way to do what you do in spite of the physical limitations, nothing can hold you down.

yup, i mean i am using my left hand for work stuff now. i use my mouse for building 3d models and such, and have actually gotten used to doing them with my left hand by now (again! -i had to do the same last year for about 3 weeks).

now if i can figure out a way to brush my teeth and use chopsticks with my left hand i am good to go. lol
