However, it seems pretty clear from her posts that she has no intention of coming back. Sorry emmas mom, but people don't get banned from message boards for nothing. Jamie and Joel would not ban someone for no good reason. Joel can shut the entire board down if he wanted, without any process at all. Part of becoming a member of a board like this is accepting the fact that the board admins have the final say. You have said your peice, they have made it clear how they feel and the actions they will take. • meilani Posted : 3/3/2006 2:19:53 PM I'm not even sure that Brenda would come back even if the permanent ban was rescinded - that's not the issue; to me, the issue is that someone was PERMANENTLY BANNED WITHOUT DUE PROCESS and others are allowed to continue when clearly violating the board rules to the same or greater degree.   That's what bothered me. I saw a whole lot of craziness go on and after reading some insults and name calling I'd think "Ok, is the admin going to step up and put this person(s) in check?". I can understand being lenient but when a lot of people are speaking out about it, there's something going on and it should be looked into. But anyhoo, what's done is done and I just hope this new board can carry on in a more positive manner.
