Potstickers for lunch...you?

 I had a cheese sandwich, which suddenly doesn't seem that nice lol.

But, rainbow trout and couscous for dinner in an hour or so. 

Had a half a roast beef sandwich with horseradish mayo. Yum!

I probably shouldn't be eating the entire package...but I cannot seem to stop...hmm...

mmmmm... potstickers with sauce.  Have one for me 

I just had a cup of minnestrone soup and one piece of WW toast with PB and apricot jelly...yum.  The best part is that it is part of my diet!

Leftover chicken teriyaki sticks, wonton soup, and noodles.  Yum

I ate them...ALL. I cannot say...how many...but if there were more I'd have eaten them, too

Potstickers....mmmhmmmm....and sauce....mmhhhmmmmm. Did you make the sauce or did it come with?

 I had tuna, egg and dill pickle all cut up with some light mayo, on nothing, no bread, no crackers.....nothing...waahaa

But for dinner I am having seasoned pork chops, at least 1 1/2 inch thick with corn on the cob....grilled.

lunch was salami, colby jack, dijon mustard and mesclun greens on hearty wheat  with some home grown tomatoes on the side and Kate I had a small bag of mini cheddars - my favorite

Still too early here for lunch, but  breakfast was a cup of coffee w/creme brulee creamer and a handful of granola snack from Costco - the one with blueberries, cranberries and walnuts.

I am having the other half of my steak from last night, a baked potato with cheese, sour cream and green onion, and some asparagus.  And for dessert I have a bar that I made last night, some sort of heath dessert. 

What's a potsticker? 

And I had leftover ribs and mac&cheese for lunch. Gonna have lasagna for supper. Which I will be making myself!!! Mmmmm I love my lasagna!! 

chinese noodly/dumpling...in this case stuffed with chicken and cabbage....so...SO good. Either steamed or pan fried...I much prefer pan fried....

Ahhh that sounds sooooo yummy. I love those thin white noodles they have at the chinese place I eat at. Cant get enough of them. And just to think 4 years ago I wouldnt eat anything chinese.
