In a few hours we're leaving for a two week vacation. Dogs are coming, cats are staying (in-laws are checking in and/or staying in our house while we are gone). My new puppy will likely be born while we are gone so hopefully I can get to an Internet cafe and also catch up on iDog. I wish I could be there myself but I'd probably just get in the way. The breeder is having a young girl from our GSD club stay over at her house to "help" her which is brilliant for me since I don't know many kids and that's the one socialization gap I'm always trying to fill. I'm thrilled the pups will be handled by a child right away and could not have picked a better child, she is as devoted to the breed as most adult GSD fanciers I know.
Anyway, I will look forward to catching up on all the picture threads I'll miss while we're gone!
