Hello, I joined this forum because I've got two very intense nearly 1 year old(17 days!) miniature pinscher pups, brother and sister by the names of Tiny and Brutus and they're so amazingly high energy, high drive dogs that I'm really excited about finding lots of new games to play with them to make use of all that intelligence and puppy energy. There's also a 3 year old min pin Doodle who's a bit... sketchy, she does nothing but dig.
Beginning of july we had our yard fenced in... first time ever with a fenced in yard and the dogs are loving it, it's the best money ever spent on the dogs. Unfortunately two days after the fence was in, on the 4th, a very sweet min pin Molly collapsed and she died of unknown condition in surgery a few days later at barely 4 years old, I'm still reeling from that because she was the "peacemaker" of the pack and she was a very very special, very sweet girl who came from a really crappy puppy mill at 8 weeks old. She was a real talker and the pups and Doodle always slept curled up on top of her so it's been a really hard time for them as well.
I really love dogs and I take my commitment to keeping them safe and healthy very seriously, one of my main goals is to have fun every single day with them and I measure my sucess on their health and happyness. I look forward to learning lots while I'm here!
