Can anybody help her? (Sowilu)

I found a post of a lady in Jacksonville, NC that took in a mother cat:

Hi raquel, thank you so much for responding to my post. I'm sorry it took me so long to email you back. Annie is the cat's name and she's a grey calico. I'm not sure of her exact age but she is an adult. She is extremely friendly, lovable and gets along well with other cats, dogs and small children (I have 2 children who are 3 1/2 years old and 1 years old, 2 cats and a dog of my own). She is litter box trained but has her occasional accidents in front of the litter box. She was very thin when I rescued her but she is slowly putting on weight. She's very laid back and will gently bite your hand or finger or rub up against you asking for love. I rescued her a few weeks ago when she pregnant from a lady who was starving her and about to take her to a high kill animal shelter. I knew I couldn't keep her because I already have a house full but I still wanted to provide her with a safe, loving home until her kittens are weaned and find their own new homes. She will be ready to leave here in about 4-5 weeks. I have no idea if she's updated on her shots and she is not spayed. If you can help me out, PLEASE let me know. Thanks again for emailing me!

 Take Care,
