Anybody wanna Powderpuff.... and Ena's in season (yuck!)

Ena's first season is official. We did a vaginal cytology, today, and she's in.... proestrus, I think? The vet said to expect standing heat in 7-10 days. Joy.

Also, I rescued a neglected Powderpuff, today. He's 10 months old, and very sweet. He's been kept outdoors, in a very dangerous area. Thankfully, he is heartworm negative. He has some teeth that need pulling, and he needs to be neutered (poor guy wants Ena SO BAD). He's going to my breeder friend's house, tonight (he was actually one of her dogs... the placement went very, very wrong, so I went, today, and got him). If anybody's interested in him, email me. He's slightly oversized, but will still be a small dog. He's white with red sable. I'll try to get a picture up, later on. Emma and I have an obedience class, in a bit, and we have to drop the puppy off.

Awwww poor lil woofie!!  Powderpuffs are SO cute (and tend to be congenial little dogs).  Too bad he was in such a bad situation -- but someone will likely get a really nice little dog!  Good for YOU for being the gal in the "White Hat" riding to rescue.

Now Enya -- lock that girl in a chastity belt and throw away the key!! LOL   what fun -- now you have a SMALL clue what human mothers of 14 year old girls go thru every day of their lives!! LOL

Ick. At least 14 year olds don't drip on the floor! LOL. Poor little Ena...

This puppy is SUPER sweet. He needs to be neutered, and a couple of teeth pulled. He's heartworm negative, though, and appears to be otherwise healthy. *I'd* take the boy, because I adore him, and my dogs like him. I just can't afford another one right now, and especially not a puppy who needs puppy stuff. Ena was not a planned child, LOL.

Yes I want him, but DH already told me hell no about getting one. Crying

I don't know how he could think something that is cute is ugly or weird looking.

I she a therapy prospect?  With all the therapy people here, there's bound to be somebody who want shim!  come one guys, let's get him into an i-dog home!!!

I would think so... He's smart as a whip, and super adaptable. He's definitely a velcro dog. Wants to be snuggling somebody, all the time. As far as we can tell, he seems pretty house trained. He was always a very clean puppy. He stood at the door, here, to go out, and at his breeder's house, he's being taken on a schedule. He hasn't had an accident, yet.

I did the worst *possible* introduction, and he got along great with my dogs. I threw him into the back seat, with them, LOL. I just didn't have a crate, so I hoped for the best, and the best happened.

Doesn't Brookcove love Cresteds? Hmm...she has one I think?
