woman on a toilet...the saga continues

I like how they threw it in that he is also in trouble for lewd conduct...what I don't understand is why they took her statement that it wasn't his fault when she is obviously disturbed and needs a guardian.  If she needs a guardian why are they letting her decide if he was to blame or not.

Yeah, agreed... the whole situation just seems so very, very sad. If I'm ever sitting on the toilet for more than a couple of hours, I sure hope someone will care enough to come looking for me!

I doubt they put much into it...I mean ANYONE can speak at a sentancing on the guilty's behalf or against them I think...maybe you have to be involved but...something like that.

Yeah the lewd conduct made me wonder if that had anything to do with her going INTO the bathroom to begin with. I hope he wasn't  abusing her in that respect, as well!

Same thought occurred to me, which brings up some rather horrifying ideas that maybe she said it wasn't his fault because she was scared of him.

Maybe he had to pee really bad and she wouldn't get off the can. So, he steps outside to water a bush and a neighbor rats on him. Question: when the police were giving him the lewd citation, how come they didn't investigate the woman in the bathroom then, or were they concurrent investigations? I'm not sure the article clarified that.
