• rwbeagles-I may die after eating this rwbeagles Posted : 7/28/2008 11:58:22 AM So I wanted to tell you all about it! I bought a new electric griddle...been wanting one for EVER. dh finally got me one last night. So this afternoon I skipped breakfast in anticipation of my "brunch of death". I fried two eggs...popped the yolks...I don't do runny. I sliced up the leftover pecan smoked beef sausage from last night into nice thin round. I threw both on the griddle and cooked em up. I THEN got two slices of white bread...buttered BOTH sides...and griddles those up. I then threw the eggs and sausage into the bread and topped with some cheese.
