I'm dying to know what happened!  Hard to believe but if he brought himself in, that sort of lends some credibility!

P.S. Went to see Batman on Sunday.  Are mom and I the only ones who couldn't follow the story and thought it was too long?  'Tis true Ledger did a fantastic job as the Joker though.   Creeeeeep-y!

I think it's probably a good flick...but as a Mom I am very far from pleased as to how it's being marketed to kids. It's artwork is on GoGurts...Fruit Roll Ups...Action Figures in GM cereals...commercials on Nickleodean and on and on.

I wish they'd thought their marketing thru...makes a parents job so hard when a barely PG-13 movie that's disturbing grown adults is in the kiddos face all the time.

I have heard tho...that it is an excellent film.

 It's being marketed  to KIDS? Good greif! I've been loving suspense and zombie movies since my early teens, and I threw my popcorn, LOL. I'm a little on edge, lately, but still... KIDS? Really?

and unsuspecting or uncaring parents are buying in. Overheard at this weeks TBall game:

"Hit it hard, son...and I'll take you to see Batman!"...these are 4-5 year olds!

*cringe* It was pretty gruesome, for young kids to be watching. I enjoyed it, even for being a long movie. I couldn't watch it if I rented it, because it is too long, but it was fine in the theater.

Joker scared me. A lot.

I'm going tomorrow, but only under duress.  DH wants to see it.
