2 or 3 - two is girly and will be less likely to show dirt; 3 is more mod but will show dirt a bit more. 

 I like #2, but with a no-buckle slide or martingale, not the black snap.

I like 3.  

I like #1 and #2 -  #3 is pretty too, but with the white background I don't think it would show up on her pretty white coat as well.

I like #3 because of the white.  She'll look like she has a ring of polka dots around her neck. 

Um... I swear I posted on this last night... I voted 3, but seconded the recommendation of a no-show closure. 

I'm going to say 2, because it will probably show less dirt, but I do love #3 as well!! Those are actually really reasonably priced! I'm going to have to check them out!!

#3 in a martingale. They dont look very durable so I hope its just a show collar....they sure are pretty though!

I like all of them but #2 gets my vote for all white Bailey.  Plus there's the dirt factor.  Sure any collar will get dirty (Joey's baby blue one shows dirt so I wash it from time to time) but on white it just seems that much more icky.
