Isn't this the CUTEST critter? It's almost cuddly cept it's a toad. I loooove toads....yes I am odd.

I have 5 toads here. One is orange tiger striped that I cant get a picture of because he is really good at not being caught. Then I have a bunch of baby toads all over the yard. I posted pictures of 57 babies I caught.

I don't know what amphibians you've been talking to... but toads are definitely cuddly.

OK you have two kids and five dogs (I think) and none of them disturbed a toad so you could take a picture Stick out tongue

I need some lessons from you on crowd control!

BTW I think its cute but I had a pet turtle which now resides with my niece

I love toads too! I used to have toads and frogs at times. You feed them live bugs and sometimes small fish. After a while, they would get used to my fingers dropping bugs in the habitat, so they would just gobble up anything I dropped in, sometimes off my hand! One of my frogs was bigger, so I made her a little pond in the yard and she lived out in the yard.

This was a wild toad. It hopped across my foot as I was getting water from the front spigot! So cute...I collected it and put it into the kids empty swimming pool so they could observe it and I could take the pics. I put it back out there a bit ago...little thing pee'd on me by way of thanks LOL. Hopefully I will see it again this summer...darling critter.
