Mid day mindless chatter (Wed)

I'm getting to the point where I'm going to need to make dog food soon, anyone want to do it for me? I don't mind making it, actually, I just don't feel like going to the store to get supplies.

I hope Abbie feels better soon. Maybe the anesthesia made her stomach upset?

Aww poor Abbie. So are you keeping her or still adopting her out?

It's raining here and I hate it. Go away rain!! It's ruining my exercise schedule. Plus now all Lillie wants to do it bite herself since she refuses to go out in the rain. She isnt interested in kongs anymore. I want it to be friday already so I can take her to the vet.

I'm still going to adopt her out. I think that the whole ordeal just made her stomach upset yesterday. I fed her bland food for breakfast.

It's another nasty hot and smoky day here, so I'm leaving at noon again to work from home. Normally I'd be excited about that, but since I don't want to be outside, I'd almost rather be at work...well, almost

 Day two of incredibly noisy porch building - Have I ever mentioned how irritating I find constant noise - I mean a couple of minutes of the kitchen extractor fan (range hood) and I could start knifing it. 

My finger isn't as sore today - may be yesterday was the apex of pain?

OK so after 2 yrs of drought it hasn't stopped raining since April.  OK we had a dry 10 days in early June but now it never dries many, many bugs now- HUGE storms are rolling though nightly and in our particular area throwing down significant water. Bleck, enough already.

Me too!! We have chick-ada bugs (I have no idea how to spell them!) and they drive me bonkers. The A/C blowing makes me nutty, even, if I'm trying to sleep. A fan doesn't bother me though. LOL.

I wonder where my plumber is. The landlord said he would come either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday morning. Uh, jee, thanks for being specific. My closet is squishy and I think there must be mold behind the wall - BF and I are both stuffy and itchy-eyed.

Ah dont you just love having to wait around the house for someone to come. And then they dont come until the very last day. Good thing you dont have a life right?

I also can not stand constant noise. I was going to dig a hole and hide when the locust's came out to mate. The neighbors dog drives me even more bananas when they are late taking him for a walk. He will bark until he gets walked. Oh my gosh they went on vacation for a week and I thought I was going to have to be put into a nut home with his constant barking. Seriously he barked for a week straight. If I had known they were gone I would have offered to take him out for his walk.

Or they never come at all .... and of course, it would be too much  trouble to call and tell you  that so you could just reschedule. You'd think with the current crappy economy, they'd be glad to have a job - but I guess not.

 This job and these workers combined with Bugsy panting (who are these people in my yard, I need to go out and see, do go out without me, help me, etc!) and DH saying, "you decide" (this would be OK if he meant that ie once it was done he was OK with it all but he isn't so I don't like making these decisions!

Been a really busy day at work and I am hungry!  I planned a play date at the park with the puppers this evening so I'l grab some fruit before heading out, none of us eat until we are back!

DH just called.  He has landed in PA for his job this week and he just walked past the Dog.com outlet store.  I am soooo lucky I'm not with him 'cause I just don't have the money I would want to spend in there!!!!!
