Isn't he beautiful?

Does anybody know where I could find more like this? My dad found it hanging outside a shed that is falling apart. I washed it with soap because it was covered in mess but now it is clean.

It looks like wood but it feels like plastic. I don't know anything about etching on wood though so I don't know if its real wood or plastic. It doesn't say where it was made. The only letters are E. H. Hart.

Nice clock!

He found it outside on a shed that is falling apart. The shed belongs to a friend of his but they moved to Texas and my dad is cleaning out their stuff.
