THIS is how my day started....

I had already loosened the cap to the orange juice. Got distracted, came back and gave it a GOOD shake! Orange juice all over the blasted place, including my laptop which was sitting open on the kitchen counter top.

Of course, I can reeeeaaaally savor the humor in it now...hah-hah.

It ended much better with a free cheese danish from Starbucks! Until I have food poisoning, lol...which thankfully hasn't happened (yet). Cheese danish was very tasty and put a smile on my face. Let's hope it stays that way.

DOH!!! Don't you hate it when you do things like that?

I don't know how many times I haven't screwed the caps on things tightly and then grabbed it by that same cap only to have it drop and splash all over.

YES! LOL I was so freaking MAD! And, of course, I was trying to get some piddly house things done, as well as doggies potty'd, and then out the door. Now I'm running behind because I have to clean my mess (which is just all over the kitchen and computer) and play "keep the doggy tongues away" from licking the juice while I clean. Ah well, at least I can see the humor in it, NOW.

Try doing that at work with a bowl of milk/cereal! Had to go home and change because I was smelling a little ripe Tongue Tied But if I'd received a free cheese danish, I would have been much happier too.

I forgot to mention that I was getting ready to pour myself a glass of juice when I got distracted. And then when I came back to pour it, I needed to shake it again. What a dope. The cap went flying and the sticky juice went everywhere (on the floor, in my shoes, counter top, appliances, cabinets) and only two drops ended up on my laptop! Amazing.

LOL at your milk. Milk is stinkier than juice for sure.

I kind of looked at the Starbuck's guy like, "why are you giving me a free danish? ...is there something wrong with it...did somebody spill orange juice on it or something?!" Hah-hah.

Don't feel bad, I did the same thing with my Slimfast at lunch one day. I shook it up, opened it and then took Keela out when she went to the door (we were at that stage where she wasn't holding it very long after indicating she needed to go). Came back in and shook it again. Ugh. It went all over the kitchen - floor, ceiling, china cabinet, the blinds....it took me an hour to clean up.

Glad your laptop survived!
