Today's my birthday nanananana naaaaaaaaaaaa na na LOL
I know I am too old to like my birthday ha ha but I do! Especially on a Friday
Bugsy seems happy too - oh yea he's like that all day everyday - bless him!
We went to the lake this morning and it is just gorgeous weather - ahhhhhhh. Later I am going to lunch with a friend and out for dinner this evening.

We went to the carnival last night. It was fun. I took Mystic w/ me. Mystic was an ABSOLUTE DOLL. Totally well behaved. Even balloons popping around her didn't faze her. And I was impressed, almost 99% of people who wanted to pet her asked, or told their kids to ask. Only a few people just came up without saying anything. The worst thing was her trying to scarf up the random french fries that people dropped (not that I blame her, they have some of the *best* fries there). I had her up by the bingo pavilion talking to my step mom and a police officer did come up and say that dogs weren't allowed in the park and that they had to enforce it. They made a point to mention that she wasn't bothering anyone. I was a little ticked, b/c as we were walking out I saw more dogs including one in the booth with the carnival worker, but oh well she'd gotten a few hours of walking around in the crowd before that point.
Basically we walked around and ate a bunch of junk food...good times

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Heck I still like my birthday's too! My mother always said when someone complained about "another birthday" "It's better than the alternative!" I hope you have a GREAT day.
I am so glad it is Friday!
We went out to dinner with a friend last night. We had a great time. Just sitting around and talking. Then before I went to bed I thought I would do a quick check on a horse board. I saw that the eventing world has lost yet another one of their stars! The top contender horse wise for our Olympic team "Teddy O'Connor" had to be humanely destroyed at his home barn. That just hit me hard. There have been SO many tragedies in the eventing world recently between severe horse injuries, horse deaths, and severe rider injuries, he was the light for their sport. An INCREDIBLE horse who actually was not a horse but a pony. So sad. I posted in the horse section.
Tomorrow Belle has an agility trial! YIPEEE we get to go play! It is indoors which is good, it is supposed to rain most of the day. I am interested to see if she reacts different at an indoor event opposed to the speed racer dog I has at the outdoor event. I know she will be fine (if I am) just curious what dog I may have.

I love that "Life is Good" stuff. I had a great hat but Neiko chewed it up and I haven't replaced it yet. Neiko and Lily have Life is good collars too :)
I just got to work...oh shoot gotta do my timesheet before I get in trouble. BBL!

We went for dinner and are going to lounge around at home for the rest of the evening. Ginger is feeling pretty well after her jaw surgery yesterday and is extremely displeased at being limited as to what she can do. (we don't let her jump off of the bed or furniture, lest she bump her jaw. She's also extremely irritated that she cannot have treats and such
I have to hide when doing some training with the pup, as if she sees him getting treats she starts making monkey noises from across the room

Happy Birthday, Karen! It was my sister and uncle's birthdays today, too! Good day for good people!
Meanwhile I am "home" in NH... and oddly, I felt like "nooo.... I don't want to leave AZ!" Oh well. My sister is enjoying her birthday so far - her party is tomorrow. I get to see a few of my friends tomorrow at her party and more on Sunday when visiting my dog friends. Got to meet my parents dog, Zoe tonight. She looks so much like Gracie in an odd way. She's sweet, but pretty timid. Training is helping, but they've only had her 6 weeks, so her confidence can only build over time.

I really should be sleeping now... it's almost 2 am!!! But I can't, I can't stop thinking about Heidi - I don't know why, but that pup has been on my mind this entire day =/. I really miss her.
They keep switching my work schedule on me... it's getting pretty hard to plan things, and I'm kinda getting sick of it. I guess I should be happy they are giving me hours, and that I still have a job! Ugh.....
