ASPCA commercial w/Sarah Mclachlan

Is it the one with Ann Marie Lucas (from NYC, long blonde ponytail)?  If so, yes, I see it ALL the time.  The shepherd mix pup is so sad.... 

DH is so funny when that commercial comes on. He runs to Rory's and Primo's bed and says "see you guys should be grateful and so stop sleeping on my pillows". They just wag their tals happy for DH to come hang on their beds. But the whole point of that is he was always hesitant to have two dogs, let alone two pit bulls and thats his way of telling them he loves them like you say Shari'smom, it makes you wan to hold them close.......guys always have to go about things differently, LOL

Yes, Liesje, that's the one.  I know from seeing Animal Cops that Ann Marie Lucas is also a spokesperson for the ASPCA.

The opening always gets me - the pit bull that is shaking as they pan over him in the cage.  Oh, and the little fluffy dog with one eye. 

Okay, they all get to me. 

I'm always amazed by how forgiving dogs are after what has been done to some of them...

 it gets me too... thankfully, i am sans cable ATM. too bad they dont run those on regular tv. maybe more people would get the message.

Same here.  He looks so much like Max - it makes me want to run to whatever shelter he's in and bring him home.

The one that makes DW want to cry is the Tzu mix with the missing eye. They all get to me but I seem to have the softest spot for the GSD mix with the sad brown eyes and bandages around her middle. She's just looking for a lap to lay her head on.
