    Online Picture Storage

Here is my problem.  I am running our of hard drive space on my laptop at home and my key is full and I think it is also broken b/c I bent the USB thing.  I really want all my pics in the same place.  I am thinking I want to move all of my pictures to online storage for safe keeping as well as being able to access them from anywhere.

Which ones are your favorites and why?  Who has the highest amount of free space available and who is the easiest to upload to and organize?  Who also allows videos?  I have photobucket so this isn't as big of a deal, but are there any that also generate the codes for you that make it easy to post pics on forums/blogs etc?

Any suggestions or comments anyone has would be most welcomed.

I use Photobucket & they DO provide the codes for posting ect.....I've had no problems or complaints with it.

I use photobucket. I also have a Webshots account too.... but I don't ever use it - I lost the password. I like both - but photobucket is what I use most often

I use photobucket and Flickr...But be careful storing your memories online, these sites can crash and lose your pictures and if you don't have a backup then they are gone for good. I'd suggest burning a dvd of pictures every few months if possible. (I would suggest an external hard drive but you said your usb is broken.) Ideally, you want 3 different sets stored, and in different locations. Most people keep a set on their computer, on DVD and on an external hard drive. The differently locations bit is in case of fire or other disaster you don't lose your things.

I use Flickr and have a pro account.  Best $25 ever spent on computer stuff!!  I love having an off-site network backup of all my pics.  I like that it autmomatically resizes them into several options.  The pro account is unlimited.  I use Flickr Uploader and Flickr Down for batch downloads.

I have my own web domains and can generate galleries and such, but Flickr is so much easier and faster, I've abandoned all that.
