I went to the pet store today to get the dogs a small pack of their food so that I can take it to the vet when they are boarded. While I was there, I saw that they had Nature's Variety Dry Roasted Lamb Bone. I asked the owner about whether this was a bone that would be dangerous and she didn't think there would be a problem. The dogs have been eating them for a little while and I have not noticed any splintering, although it did say that they "may" splinter. I trust this company, but just wanted to check. Is it okay for them to eat this or should I go ahead and take it away?
I should add that they just used the bathroom and that there were no pieces of bone or anything in it. Here's a link to what I am describing.

Thanks for any help. I kind of felt bad because I tried to give Stitches a bone before from another company and it splintered and I had to take it away immediately. Poor little thing was so upset, she kept going through the apartment looking for it.
