I got really brave today and picked up some bulk spices at Whole Foods to attempt to make a Ras Al Hanout (arabic spice mixture). It goes GREAT on lamb - I bought some in a store once and tried it and it was the best thing ever, but it's super expensive, so I'm trying my own!
That's for Sunday, though. Tonight I'm making broiled salmon with a mayonnaise-herb crust, sauteed zuchinni, and garlic mashed potatoes.
