What's for dinner?

We're having chicken jambalaya and saffron rice tonight, but I could use some inspiration for tomorrow. So what's everyone eating this evening?

I bought a rotisserie chicken last night, along with mashed potatoes and gravy plus some cole slaw. So that's what I'll be heating up for dinner. Not very inspiring but still good.

BF made a bunch of pasta sauce a few weeks ago so I froze it in portions. I'm thawing one out and I think I'll make bowtie pasta because they're my favorite. I might make a salad but I don't really feel like it.

Ugh, I don't even want to think about dinner. I HATE to cook so DH typically does ALL the cooking. Unfortunately he worked late last night, tonight, and tomorrow night, so I have to make dinner. If I didn't have to have dinner for him, I probably wouldn't cook.

So who wants to come cook for me? Wink

We're probably having chicken and cheesy cauliflower. Hmmm. Looks like a 'yellowish' meal...

DH was going to grill me a chicken thigh, but he has night class so I will most likely be having low calorie canned soup (had a big lunch: cheddar broccoli soup and a half wrap sandwich).

Hmmm, we don't have any here! I'm still thinking. Maybe I'll go to bed early and say that I just fell asleep without cooking.

I sure am lazy when it comes to cooking! Big Smile

Well right now I have ribs and potatoes in the oven. Probably fix mac and cheese and corn too. Wish I had biscuits.

I'm thinking the taco soup leftovers in my fridge aren't any good anymore. Fish brick doesn't sound very good to my tummy today. Chicken spagetti would require cooking, ugh. Hmmm, it's going to be a Honey Bunches of Oats dinner for me tonight. Or maybe peanut butter and jelly... Does that help any? Tongue Tied

I work late tonight, so I mad eup some bean soup and it's bubbling away int he Crock Pot. Sure smells gooood... Stick out tongue

Tonite is oven baked lemon chicken chunked into fetticini with zuchinni and yellow squash with a side of asparagus.

Last night was nacho's supreme with ground beef season with red pepper, chili powder and a bit of garlic, melted cheese, and "the works".
