Actually hours before Breana crashed Athena was staring into her bassinet and looking at me, then back at her... she just stared at her and let out this really really low bark, once. Then she looked up at me, it was really weird.... Breana crashed hours later. I talked to the vet and she thinks that Athena knew something was wrong with the baby and was trying to tell me. I wish I could have spoke doggy!

She knew something was wrong; bless her heart.  Breana is gorgeous.  Things will get better for you and yours very soon.  You've got lots of people sending love and healing energy.  Stay strong!

Has anyone heard how Breana is doing? 

Thanks for checkin! She is slowly doing better :) I got to hold her for the first time in over a month yesterday! They did find some narrowing in her aorta where they created a section of her arch but, they are just going to continue to watch it for now. She looks alot better :) Still living at the hospital tho. Man, I really miss my house and my athena! Hopefully we will be home in about 4 weeks.

It's good to hear she is on the up.  Still thinking of you all. 

I am so thrilled to hear she is well.  Even happier that Mommy got to hold her what an awsome feeling that had to be.   I was just going online to carepages.com to see if there was any updates.   Take care, still praying for a full recovery.  I know you have to be wearing down, keep yourself healthy, take your vitimins, she will need a strong mommy when you get home.!

She is doing sooo good! They mentioned going home next week!! Thanks for all of the prayers they really worked!

The other day :)

She is beautiful.  I am glad to hear that there is talk of going home.  Will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers for that wonderful day to come.

Awww - she's looking great!  And good news to be getting back home again (maybe) soon!  Fingers crossed that all continues to go in steadily more and more positive direction.
