If you want to get the local media involved, give them this info....

Thats the link to the BBB of New Jersey....Shake A Paw has a horrible track record. Unfortunately, the types of people who buy puppies from pet shops are generally not educated consumers to begin with, so they are not sophisticated enough, (or maybe they don't care enough), to go after the pet shop when they end up with a sick or dying puppy. Here in Boston, all you would need is that BBB record, and a handful of consumers to call one of the local investigative reporters that handle consumer issues; you could practically guarantee it would end up on the local news. A few years back, the Boston Herald did an investigative report on Debbies Petland, it was republished on several anti-puppy mill sites.
I would also contact the ASPCA and the St. Bernard clubs he claims to be a member of, and see if he actually is; I'll bet not. I would think they have a code of ethics that doesn't include selling sick puppy mill dogs. He also claims to be a member of the BBB, which is a lie, acording to the BBB site. He lists a lot of organizations and dog clubs, you could check them all. Take the BBB report, and any info you have about the misrepresentation of his credentials, and contact a local reporter and see if you can sell them on the story.
