Now that you mention it, I could totally go for a Mimosa, only I prefer mine made with cranburry juice!  My favorites are at this place here called Mimi's that we go for breakfst sometimes.  They bring you a little personal size bottle of champagne and you get an extra glass of juice with your meal which makes two for the price of one!  I LOVE love LOVE love LOVE me some champagne!

Is that Mimi's Cafe? We have them here too, but I've never had a Mimosa there. Sounds wonderful and I love champagne too, but with cranberry juice sounds even better...yum!!

Yes it is Mimi's Cafe...we usually only go for breakfast but I love it and it is also diet friendly.  I can order my eggs made with egg whites or egg substitute if I want.  And they have the best muffins!  The mimosa there with cranburry juice is called a Hibiscus.  It would be my main reason for wanting to eat breakfast there over any other place! 

Huh....they do breakfast? We did dinner there and I wasn't impressed...but I am always looking for IHOP alternatives. They opened one over at the Highlands so I might check it out one morning! Thanks!

Yes they do and I think it's much better than IHop, or at least the IHop near us. Man, I'm really hungry for breakfast now.

Breakfast is pretty much the only meal I like there.  I am not as crazy about any of their other food.  I love breakfast though and would not normally pick the type of cuisine they have for other meals.  That could be the mimosas talking though.  lol!
