Awwwww, Miss Bella Ella, feel better soon, sweetie.  Becca, give her a kiss between her eyes from me.  That's my special kissie spot when da boyz are feeling poorly.

I missed your initial post yesterday -- I'm sending plenty of (belated) good wishes, healing vibes, and comforting ear rubs to your sweet Ella!  Poor baby -- it breaks your heart to hear them whine or indicate they're in pain.  I hope the news is good regarding the biopsy.  The worry and waiting is terrible, but in the meantime, give her lots of snuggles from us!

Yay, Ella!!!  Now I'm sending vibes for a good pathology.

    • Gold Top Dog

     thanks, guys!

Vet person called. Good news: The histopath results came back and they removed healthy tissue as well. So, basically, it was a COMPLETE removal.
The news I don't know if it's good or bad is: The tumor is a stage 2. From what I researched, I'm unsure of whether or not it's a high grade stage 2 or a low grade stage 2, they didn't tell me because they probably don't know. When we bring her in to have her stitches removed, they're going to show us how to feel her lymph nodes and give us a copy of the report. She said there is no reason to be alarmed as of right now.

Oh, her mass was a 2 cm mass. 3 cm, she told me, is when their survival rate drops considerably.

Sounds like all good news, for Ella. She's lucky to have such a watchful mom. Give her a kiss on the nosie, for me, and tell her I'm glad she's ok!
