I caught this tiny blurb about a Manhattan Dog Abuse story breaking last night ( 3/9) but as we were on the road and the hubs didn't want to run the gen set any more I did not see all of it. The smidge they showed stayed in my mind so deeply I only slept a couple of hours before waking up and trying to search for it on line. Any New Yorkers see the story ? Can you fill me in a bit, it really made me horribly sad, the sight of a smallish long haired golden colored dog who was shaved with a vast number of stitches may never leave my mind until I know it is okay and the person(s) who harmed it are found.
