    Here's a funny news blooper:

She combined 1,000 foot ship and footer... oops!

Oooo, I bet BF would like what's in your crock pot, kpwlee! I saved that one for when chuck roast goes on sale :)

I wish it would decide whether to be sunny or rainy out. I need to decide what to wear!

That news blooper was funny. It brought up a bunch of other news bloopers and now I can hardly breathe I am laughing so hard!

I'm excited.  We're going out to eat the evening w/ my friend, who I haven't seen since I quit Citi 9 months ago.  It's 50 cent wing night at Buffalo Wild Wings, Yay!

Like SalemsMom said, we're supposed to have ugly weather tonight and tomorrow.  If it's bad I'd like to not go in, but I'm not sure what the weather policy is, plus I have 2 drawings due tomorrow, and I probably won't get them done today b/c we're getting a new plotter (so much nicer than the old one) so I can't print right now, so I can't get anything checked No.

Isn't that funny? It's something I would say. Everyone at work is laughing about it. (I work in WI but the place I work for is based in Duluth.)

They heard that the Coast Guard invited Julie back and gave her an award and showed her that they named the restroom at their headquarters after the 1000 footer Walter J. McCarthy.

    LOL!

Wooo hoo!  You are famous, Karen!!!  (Do you happen to have that article on "Return to Learn" on your website??)

Happy birthday, Rascal!!!  Hope the chicken is the highlight of your birthday surprises!

I hate to think about Gracie turning 5 in May.  Her younger years we had plenty of time ahead of us.  I am just focused on getting her past 7 - we seem to lose so many Dobes at 7.  ACK!  I want her to be at least 12.  PLEASE, please, please!  Ugh - no more thinking about that.

I have looked and I cannot fiind a cloud in the sky.  Every one I *think* I see is actually from the jets.  It's beautiful today.  Anyone else live in the desert southwest and have suggestions for pretty low-maintenance plants?

I think these things about Bugsy and I have to snap out of it!

    Thanks for the article. Yes

I think the best way for me to snap out of it is to go buy her some treats.  Her new step-sister has annihilated all of her stuffies - it's a massacre in the living room.  We will go to the pet supply store and celebrate her being 4yrs, 9mos, and 8 days old.

Now where's that thread about indestructible stuffies for Jada....*off to go find it under General Chat*

I think they were the Dr. Noys toys.

I have one dog who is 8 1/2 (Blaze) and one that we suspect is 11+ (Pooch)  I don't want to start thinking about that *goes to look at LOLdogs*

ick, we are now supposed to get 3"-6" of snow and then a bunch of ice on top of it. I guess I should hit the grocery store on the way home. I really like the snow, but ice is a pain.

I guess I shouldn't complain. There are people on this board who have it worse with the cold weather. I like the snow, but I couldn't live with as much as some of you do.

    • Gold Top Dog

I'm really worried about the ice.  Normally I don't drive in the ice...and if it's really bad I won't tomorrow, but I'm gonna feel awful about missing the deadline if I do.  Need to keep telling myself it's not worth hurting my truck or me, which is true.

Hehehe, I love Scrubs. I was so cranky (darn you PMS!) and then I came home and the reruns were on.

Also, BF bought me a pack of those soft sugar cookies with a ton of icing and sprinkles on top. I love him.
