I don't feel too hot today, not enough sleep.  So I did some work and now Ben and I are curled up watching a movie.

Today is Rascal's birthday! We're not doing anything special, though I'll probably cook him up some chicken.

I'm also finally going to go out and get a vacuum, since our Roomba's been broken for a while and we have company coming over this weekend. I had a dream about vacuuming a few nights ago, so I figured at that point it was time to just bite the bullet and get a "real" vacuum, lol!

I have a listening quiz today. Have I mentioned how much I hate gen ed classes? I appreciate music, dang it. I don't need a class for it.

I wonder how many times BF will sleep through his alarm. I think he sets it an hour ahead and just hits the snooze a hundred times. I might go back to bed when he gets up, since I worked last night :( and have a loooong day of classes ahead of me.

 Been fighting a cold/sinus infection for best part of a week and feel like I'm losing this morning. Very sleepy and feeling pretty crap!  Kate Bugsy and I might do the same as you and curl up in front of the TV. Enjoying having DH out during the day but he's really crabby in the morning and when he first gets home and I'm doing EVERYTHING which he has yet to realize. 

Already have dinner in the crockpot so I don't have to think about that again.

Bugsy has already caught a mole this morning digging a ginormous hole in the process - need to get him into mole-aholics anonymous.  I can't even walk him without him going after a fresh mole tunnel - sigh.  I think I have a bag of topsoil for the repair but I will need to restock this weekend with another bunch of 40lb bags - argh.

Rascal Happy Birthday!  Its my friend's daughter's 10th birthday today she is a cutie and very proud to hit double digits! 

 Bugsy you can come dig moles here at my house. Cheyanne does a good job at the digging part but not the catching part!!

I had to take the dogs in this morning to get their teeth cleaned.  I just hope everything goes well and that Izzy's bloodwork comes out OK and they can clean hers today.  She had high liver enzymes last year and we put her on a prescription diet and took any extra protein out of her diet so hopefully everything is fairly back to normal.  She was like some sort of starving lunatic this morning.  Everytime I walked in the kitchen she would RUN at full speed to her bowl and tap at it with her paws to remind me that I forgot to feed her.  Then later when I asked her if she wanted to go bye bye she forgot about not eating and was hog wild about leaving.  She is the craziest little dog I have ever known.  She always keeps me laughing.

I went to dinner with some friends last night and really enjoyed it.  I haven't seen them in a couple months and it is always nice to get together.  Tonight is my monthly supper club which I am REALLY looking forward to.  I always have a great time with this group of girls.  I grew up with a couple of them and a lot of the others are married to boys I grew up with.  We have the greatest conversations that somehow always get onto the topic of sex or something related to the body. 

I just hope today isn't the beating that yesterday was and that I do in fact get to work on at least one tax return today!

Sarah, you can do my taxes! Usually I get them done quickly but this year since we're married, we're going to bring them somewhere.

We are supposed to get some more snow tomorrow. I'm already planning my snow day. I need to steam clean my carpets. I got a sample of evo red meat bites and I was using them for training treats for the puppers. I'm not sure if it was too rich or what, but both of them had bad tummys yesterday. I felt like crying when I came home from work to the mess.

This morning I brought Cheza to my dad's house. He has had a big goose problem. I'm not sure why they are still hanging around in the winter, but I have been bringing in a dog every once and awhile for him to chase them off. So far it has been Salem's job, but today I let Cheza do it. The dogs seem to really enjoy it. They just run out through the yard and chase off the geese. Salem tries to catch them. Cheza wanted to herd them. I need to bring my video camera next time!

I'd love to see that! I demand a video next time :)

My taxes are actually easier since we got married. Mostly because I was doing both returns before, and now I only have to do 1.

LOL, Next time my dad calls complaining about goose poop, I'll grab my camera on the way out the door!

I like geese too, but they really make a mess of his yard. I understand why he complains. You really can't walk anywhere at all without stepping in goose poop. He has a stream running through his yard, I think thats why they hang there.
