    All i can say is, that I was surprised that I was off on several, too.  Although i'm positive I'm not on weimaraners ;)  Sammy-ed I've known for a bit now, but it was a surprise when I did find out, and I still have to correct myself.  I really wanna say sam-oye-ed, desperately!

    And a French guy with a PBGV from France once brought his dog to me, to groom. I can't tell you what he called the dog, but it sounded really cool! Onslow came from a shelter. Apparently, PBGVs are more common in France than here.

    I cant get Samoyed right. It's not Sa-moyed?? I cant even pronounce it Sam-oy-ed

    As far as I know it's Sam-oy-ed, with emphasis on the Sam.  :)

    ha..they butchered alot of them at Westminister..kinda dissapointing..if your goingto announce a show that big, they should learn how to say and SPELL names correctly!  The first time they had an interview with Karla and Arco they put "Beaucheron" on the screen!  And gosh how they butchered it..  its bo-sair-own...not bo shur on.

    It's a pretty, harlequin girl. I met her in Savannah, in Dec. I had to ask what breed she was, then I asked if that was a merle, then I felt stupid, so the dog kissed me. I saw her in Charleston, and my friend asked me what breed it was, LOL. I said, "Oh, it's a Beauceron" like they are the commonest thing in the world, then we went and talked to the handler. I got more kisses, and she told us that the dog has moved to #1 female.

     

    I can't, for the life of me, remember her name. Really cool dog, though!

    I noticed that too and thought okay either I say it wrong or they do....

    A question I did have is I always said (for Keeshound) Keesh-houd. And they said "Case-House" I was like woah I'm off...
